Lorraine is a Certified Public Accountant, is both an Accredited Business Valuer in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the American Society of Appraisers, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Lorraine is the current treasurer of the Seattle chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and is a member of the Business Valuation/Litigation Services Committee of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. She teaches at various events for the King County Bar Association, the Seminar Group, and at other venues.
